This build was inspired by Grand Designs Australia.
Originally it was a shop front in Crows Nest, New South Wales. The owners converted it into a spacious house, which sold for over 2 million dollars!

After the last update which broke all beds, I have been working to fix all my builds.
As this is a very long process, for now, if you choose to download one of my Lots, you will need to do a batch fix of the Mods folder through Sims 4 Studio.
