The Cronhardt

I am building despite the fact that we only have EA windows and doors to work with.

I saw this picture, and was inspired by it. To such an extend that I have put all my WIP's on ice, and proceeded with this.

My inspiration picture:

This real life house was built in the early 1900's, and I want to decorate my version of it according to the styles and influences of that time. (Done lots of research...... )

My version of this house is built in Strangerville.

Click on the pictures for a larger view.

An unfurnished version of this house will be available for download. I used many paid items which I will not be able to share.

I will however gladly answer WCIF's if you have any.

I made recolours of the Parenthood Pack window (Windwoahh). I made the shutter on one swatch transparent, and it works okay..... for now. One can not zoom out to far, for some reason the lowest LOD has a "flat" mesh and the shutters shows up in a pale color. I will have to have another look at this.

The Interior:

The Hallway:

Leading in to the Dining room

The Kitchen, Pantry and Basement

The Drawing Room

The only new addition to the house is the sun room, which is decorated more modern.

The bathroom downstairs:

The stairs in the hallway leads to the three bedrooms. Only two are currently decorated, since the third will eventually be used as a nursery.

  2. Thank you Sis! Coming form a great builder herself, this means a lot. I have three rooms done. Each one feels like it is taking ages, and I have to do a lot of searching for the right cc. A few EA things works well, can you believe it!!

  3. Awww Sis definitely not a great builder, I prefer to think of myself as a 'houses for game play' builder, very simple!

You on the other hand, have tried so many different things in your builds that I have never even thought of attempting. You really are a marvel 🤩
