Sis I wasn't sure whether to post this house, but as you seem to like it, I'm so glad I did!When I created this build it was based on a home I saw on Grand Designs, so it's probably not 'player' friendly.
I will have it in my game soon. Will keep you posted on it being player friendly or not. But your builds usually are, so no worries.
*TIP*You will have to replace the deco doors leading onto the patio area!😉
