I accidentally deleted my inspiration picture, so I decided to focus on the name of this build! Nogi Lane is a cafe that I fequent when I visit my daughter.........always 'COFFEE FIRST'and it's definitely one of the best cafes I have visited

I decided to add a few Christmas decorations to this build as it's that time of year, don't worry, it's definitely not a Christmas build! I did have to remove 3 files however due to the creator's TOU

I have made over this house so many times, but this is the first time for Sims 4! The floorplan is similar to the original Sims 3 house, but, I always like to change things around. *WARNING* The file is 1.23 GBs with some High Poly objects I hope you like it

A warm HELLO to you all

 Yes, I am still alive and well.

But so so much happened in my life the past year and a half, so where to begin?

as you are all aware, I took care of my grandson for a long time, can you believe that he is turning three on the 22nd!! Time flew by so fast, and yes, he is still the apple of my eye. 

He got a baby sister in March this year, she is just as adorable as he was when he was a baby. Her name is Chloe. 

We moved to our holiday home in the Lowveld in August 2021 due to my husbands ill health and him being put on disability. Nothing too serious though, his diabetes became a problem for the employer. So, four years before we were planning to retire, our paths made a turn of it's own. We are very happy living here, and enjoy nature every day. 

One unfortunate thing though is that I am still waiting for proper network installation. I am depending on my wifi dongle, and the signal of the service provider. As you may know, we are struggling with electricity and load shedding here on a daily basis,  and as soon as the power is off, away is any whiff of a signal as well. 

It is utterly frustrating, especially when I try to get my game updated, or when I want to install new packs. Sometimes, even the smallest package takes hours to download. 

But, I was able yesterday to get the game updated, and the Horse Ranch EP installed!! Eureka!! I tested it and it seems like the game is running like it should. I have not been in game for over a year, so believe me when I say I feel a bit lost. I have a lot to update since I play with cc, but I do believe I will get there real soon. 

I hope to be able to put something new out there in a while, as my fingers are itching to create. It will most probably be a recolor, as it will take time to get myself acquainted again with all the different programs we use when creating a new mesh. 

I am looking forward to spending more time around here, and to catch up with what went on in your lives in the past year.

If you like the outdoors, then this house is perfect for you! White Gum Valley was built in Brindleton Bay on a 40x30 lot, with 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom, roomy kitchen, dining room and a spacious living area.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house was created in Copperdale on a 30x30 lot.  It come unfurnished except for NATALIA'S KITCHEN!
