Happy New Year!
My first shared build for 2022, I hope you like it 🙆
Call me the Rug Lady from now on, I am constantly on the lookout for new rugs for my rooms.
I do hope you can put these to use in your homes.
I was so happy when Studio updated to include the Industrial Loft Kit because I wanted to do the recolor for this beautiful hallway table.
Obviously you need to have the Industrial Loft Kit in your game to be able to use this recolor.
I did not like the steel drawer so I changed that to the wood texture of the rest of the table. And I did so for all the swatches. (First table shown is by EA, the second in each picture my recolor.)
I hope you will enjoy having this version too.
I have always wanted to create a 'Queenslander' which are specifically designed for the tropical weather in Queensland, Australia.
This build was inspired by Beefysim 1 who made the outdoor awnings, the indoor panelling and the casement window.
Huge thank you to Peacemaker for the StrangerVille Build Add ons. The doors, the beautiful archway and windows were perfect for this style of build.
Just a note to assure you that I am still around.
I am still working on my history challenge, but things are going very slow. I am still looking after my grandson on weekdays. He is adorable and I enjoy every minute.
I don't have as much time as I would like, so I am not creating any new cc at the moment. I am itching to, but it will have to wait.
I am still working on the Wernher Residence and will soon be sharing more pictures of the house and the interior.
I did play the new EP cottage Living a bit, and I enjoyed myself a lot. Looking forward to do more with the pack.
Thank you for every visit, please don't stop paying us a visit. We appreciate you all very much.
Stay safe and keep playing.
This house was built to accommodate Julius Wernher and his family. I based my sim and his family on the real person. Julius emigrated from Britain to S A and made millions of pounds with the diamond trade and later on also gold.
So, he had to have a grand house. This is based on my own imagination, as I could not find an image of his house in S A, Only those he owned in Britain.
Today I will show you the tailor shop as well as Maggie's Tea Shop, where she also has a few rooms available for the richer traveler.
First I will show you a few pictures of the building which houses the next three shops I want to share with you.
